SABINA DOBRSEK MLADKOVIC BIO

Sabina is an artist at heart. As a child, she was always drawing with pencil on paper, even when they were on family holidays. When she was sick, she drew and dreamed of being an artist one day.

Her life path led her in a different direction, she trained as a social pedagogue and started working in a school. Her creative flair was not left dormant and she created several successful theatre productions, for which she also designed the sets. She also taught art education at the school.

In the meantime, she started painting herself. Not wanting to paint "dead paintings", she took a course in energy painting, as she wanted her paintings to radiate warmth, encouragement and support. To have a special energy that has a positive effect on people and the environment, because she believes that everything around us is energy and that it matters what energy we do things with. Along the way she has had three solo exhibitions. She has also had an online exhibition and a t-shirt series entitled: The Dance of Life through the 4 Elements. Then she had an exhibition as part of the 4 Elements project organised by Castle Brezice.

In between, she attended the National Gallery and online art courses, and finally joined the Milan Art Institute, where she will soon be a Graduate. During her study in The Milan Art Institute she sold more than 25 paintings.

Her artistic career is on the rise and her work touches people on deeper levels.

MY PROCESS

I am a Mixed Media Abstract Realism Artist.

My studio is large, surrounded by crystals and overlooking nature. I am often accompanied by birds singing while painting.

Before I begin, I energetically cleanse the space and myself, connect with the light and let the energy flow through me.

As I am a high energy person and get bored quickly, I prefer the Mixed Media technique, with oil paints on top, where I can express all my creativity. I paint according to my inner inspiration, my intuition that guides me. I follow it and when a motif calls me, I paint it. Painting for me is a special kind of meditation where I connect with the divine energy. My soul is exposed when I paint. You know, that inner feeling of fullness... well, that's how I feel when I paint. That's my purpuse. This is me.

I have started a collection that is about the energy of a woman who is gentle, loving, nurturing and sentient. For a long time we have lived in the masculine energy of competition, fighting and aggression. It is necessary to balance both poles. I am planning an exhibition soon in a special space, with special musical guests, which for now will be a secret. I want my paintings to reach homes and spaces all over the world.

ENERGY MEASUREMENTS OF IMAGES
The images you are looking at are not just ordinary images, but images with a high energy potential.
