2.1 Paintings for Sale: Our Website offers original paintings for sale, created by Sabina Dobrsek Mladkovic. Each painting is unique and may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Website due to differences in screen settings.

2.2 Custom Orders: We accept custom orders for paintings. To place a custom order, please use the contact form provided on the Website or email us directly at sabina.dobr@gmail.com. A non-refundable deposit of 24% may be required to start work on a custom painting.

2.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

 

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3.4 Customs and Import Duties: For orders shipped outside Slovenia, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom paintings and commissioned work are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
